GROW is available to all K-5 scholars and their classroom teachers at Murrell Taylor Elementary School in the Jacksonville North Pulaski School District.
There is no cost to the students or their families to participate in GROW.
Initial seed investment into a GROW savings account for K-5th grade scholars, their classroom teachers, the principal, assistant principal, and GROW Ambassador for the 2025-26 academic year for JNPSD Murrell Taylor Elementary
Additional annual incentive savings contributions for educators, GROW Ambassador, K-5th scholars, and scholars in grades 6 through 12 with a previously established GROW account
Seed investment into GROW savings account for all new kindergarten and transfer students at JNPSD Murrell Taylor Elementary starting in fall 2026
Annual investment into the GROW savings account for each scholar and classroom teacher at JNPSD Murrell Taylor Elementary with an existing GROW account starting in 2026
Scholars and teachers may grow their 
accounts through incentives:
Annual Student Incentives
Miss less than three days per semester
No more than two “think time” sheets each nine-week period
Achieve teacher-assigned reading goals per semester
Complete one-hour online module of an Economic Arkansas lesson activity
Annual Teacher Incentives
Miss less than two days per semester
Engage in three hours of GROW professional development
Complete three hours of financial education workshops
Participate in three hours of GROW promotional/outreach activities per semester
Complete tracking of scholar incentives per semester
Annual Student Incentives
Miss less than three days per semester

As a registered scholar at Murrell Taylor Elementary, your child will automatically be enrolled in GROW if your child has a social security number. You have the option to opt your child out of participating in GROW.
